: in this case.When you are sailing a planing sail dingy you move forward in displacement speed to lift the transom out of the water otherwise the transom will slow you down. But when you are planing you have to move aft to compensate the lifting force from the aft part of the hull.
Personaly I think a hydrofoil would work better than the baidarka concept. But ofcourse foils are not very nativ :-)
