> This would probably warp the hell out of the cambered deck though.How about something a simple as a local enlargement of the deck like the cool hood lumps on some of the Muscle cars of the 50-60's? Stripped across the deck they could look like alligator eyes, or lengthwise to minimize that effect. Measure where your feet are likely to be sticking up, and make something like two small teardrop shaped salad bowls out of strips, cut out deck and epoxy in place. Follows the same principal used in customizing the hood of the car to provide clearance for carbs, larger engines, etc. For small footed people, it would allow reducing height of boat even further for less wind catching effect.
