Hi there, all.

I have someone asking me about assembling an Arctic Hawk kit, but he wants it modified to have a lower deck and narrower beam.

Not being an experienced designer, this doesn't really sound like a good idea to have me do it, so I'm asking if anyone has any other thoughts about it.

In earlier posts on the Arctic Hawk, it seems that it already has a pretty low deck, so lowering it even more seems risky.

Narrowing the beam from 22" to 20". How might that be done, with predictible results?
