I have had the same issues, plus being screened out by the BBS software. I like to think of the WebKitForumBoundary as a way to identify the sophisticated computer users on the forum. 
Regardless- I have found that the problem seems to be with the cookie files. If you delete the files specifically from the web sites that give you this message they will disappear for some time, but this is cumbersome. You can also delete all of your cookies, which is much more time efficient. It doesn't work forever, though- you have to keep at it.
