Hi folks,
In my attempt to get a Hull ID # I contacted the Marine Board and got this reply:

For the Marine Board to assign a hull identification number to a boat, a title must be applied for. You coulc apply for a title paying the $30.00 title fee, completing the appropriate forms,get the boat inspected by the county marine patrol for verification of boat information and then we would assign a hull identification number.
Forms are attached.
