Wondering which of Tom's kayaks is the best for rolling. Looking at his web site looks like the Sea Rover?
Am planning an extremely experimental building process, have been playing with this design idea for many years, time to try it, specially since I've got most of the materials on hand 
If it all works, big if , will result in a sub - 20 lb., 17' long kayak that's still strong enough to use.
