Hi Andy,
I use Windows on this one and never had to close any window to see what I'm doing in other windows. I either minimise or have it set to cascade.
The only limitations I sometimes hit is RAM limits if I'm using a lot of programmes that need memory.

It ain't the best system but it works ok. I really don't like Microstuff Vista, though. Too bloody "helpful". Don't like machines second-guessing me. Plus too much un-necessary junk in it. I'd sooner sand epoxy in short sleeves than use it. (I'm on XP for now, my next one's going to be a Mac.)
