Skin-on-Frame: thread for sewing on skin

I thought this would be an easy search in the archives but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Anyway I'm about ready to start sewing the skin on my Retrieval and finding unwaxed braided dacron fishing line might be more of a problem than I thought. I've got a Cabelas, Bass Pro Shop, Sheels, Canfields in town here. Canfields didn't have any, Cabelas website has coated dacron line.

I'm wondering if anyone has some brands they could offer? Any alternatives to dacron?
