: We have paddled in rivers and lakes and an ocean bay in Maine, but more open
: ocean paddling sounds a bit dangerous/scary to us.Check!
And the answer might be.........Savannah, Ga. Its a world class destination city steeped in history, education, art and architecture while being very affordable.
