Ted Henry

My wife Holly and I live and paddle in the Seattle area, like a zillion other kayakers. We can at least claim to have the only wooden kayaks on our block though.

My non-kayaking background includes science, military pilot, corporate finance, computer graphics, photography, and a whole bunch of outdoor stuff. Holly is retired from nutrition research for a large science foundation. Being empty nester's lets us pursue kayaking just about whenever we want.

Our stable currently includes an Arctic Tern, Redfish Silver (Holly's), Redfish King and one old beat up white water boat for pool play. I have a couple more boats in the planning stage but I'm still waffling on the final choices.
