I have always lived surrounded by the water, I have spent many days on the water. I have been a sailor since I was 18 years old-- so that means about 31 years. I have also been working with wood since I was 12 years old. So when I saw the wooden kayaks I instantly got the fever. I have built the Guillemot Single Expedition and now I am working on the Night Heron high deck. I have had a great time in my kayak this summer. I live in southeast Georgia.
