I agree that Dynel is better than glass for abrasion resistance.
Can you get those fabrics to wet out 'transparently' ? I never have.
It wouldn't bother me but some would be aghast!

Dynel will not wet out transparently, it has a cream color to it. Zynole will show up as white.

Polyester cloth will wet out translucently, so is much less visible, but is stiff and does not conform to curves easily.

Polypropylene cloth used to be my go to abrasion cloth, which would wet out translucent and conform to curves well.

I guess I was the only person buying it and they stopped selling it at Defender. I can find no other sources for polypropylene cloth designed to be used with epoxy.
