Material: Canadian (GTA) Suppliers??

Hoping someone from north of the 49th might be able to help out. Looking for a couple things as I'm trying to avoid obscene shipping charges ($40+). I'm in the Toronto area

Anyone know where I might find the following

1) 10" Round Hatch, Sealect or Kajak Sport... would probably settle for 8"

2) Red carbon-kevlar hybrid fabric.
