The beauty of the $600 Mira is it's lightweight.

Sand for a few hours on vertical interior and exterior surfaces and you will understand.

Most use the wrong sandpaper grit and then need force and high power to make it work.

A small lightweight low amp ROS works great if you understand that using the right sandpaper grit
and and light touch will keep the disk spinning at a high RPM which will cut aggressively.

It is common to be told by other woodworkers, to start a ROS on the wood to keep the ROS from
achieving high RPMs before contacting the wood because this will make a very aggressive cut.

DAH! So if you hold the ROS lightly and even lift it off the wood occasionally, the lightweight low
AMP ROS will spin fast and cut very well when using the appropriate sandpaper grit.

A 5" disk size will sand the interior bulge of a small hull with ease.

Save the 6" ROS for the 40' yacht.
