I was watching This old House on TV and a crew was dismantling an old kitchen and there was mold found. They wore full suits with full head hood and mask. It made me think about what we do. I always wonder ... how do you know if your mask is leaking? (not making a perfect face seal?)

I have a good mask but never assume nothing is entering my lungs. I heat my basement space, do my epoxy work. Leave, come back in a few hours and exhaust out the whole place sacrificing any heat there. Then the heat slowly regains for further epoxy curing. I think having a garage or exterior shop is the most ideal or even better, outside.

So some of you have a lot of paint experience. How do you check your mask? or its fit? is there any way? I don't have facial hair but sometime I do that. Or is the full suit the only real answer?

thanks.
