You would get better advise if you included a little more info regarding your size and how/where you intend to paddle your build.

I have a S&G Petrel Play and love it. It is a great little boat for rough water and for exploring the smallest of Florida Springs/Streams. I am 5'7"/155# with size 9's, and find the boat snug but comfortable even for long paddles. I expect that larger folks would find it cramped.
