I heard back this morning from a local instructor... weather's supposed to be about 80 F come mid-week, so we're gonna shoot for then. We've just not been able to get our schedules to mesh. One of the local shops has workshops in the local JCC pool over the winter, but I believe they're using WW play boats; I'd rather learn in my Sea Rider, since I'm much more likely to be paddling a sea kayak than a WW boat.

HGRF is on my bucket list... gonna try to catch it next year. I'm close enough to it, so there's no excuse not to take the weekend.
