You can make the hatches any shape, size and position that you like.
The bulkheads would be the same shape or very similar to a couple of the forms. Not everyone would fit the bulkheads in exactly the same position.

For those reasons, I would be very surprised if the plans include hatches and bulkheads, because it is unlikely that you would use them.

I don't think the plans for the Night Heron I built about 14 years ago included them.

The short answer is that you don't need them.
