Depending on the boat you are building, it may be possible to glue in Short lengths of sheerclamp to he ends of the hull, sticking up far enough so that you can then use screws to pull in and hold the deck while the epoxy dries.

Conversely, you might be able to glue the timbers onto the deck first, and use them to force the hull out.

Thes short strips of timber would be left permanently in place.
