How does it turn without a rudder?

it does but not like turns on a dime that's for sure. paddling straight,
it corrects instantly with a little edging. i need to have someone paddle
it that knows about these kind of kayaks. i just did this project because
i like to stay active with drawing / designing and building.

I asked because it looks a bit like a surfski hull and they have rudders.
It certainly has that 'get up and go' look!
