I like this idea. In addition, maybe consider adding some sort of merchandise we could buy for support - I like the window sticker idea, or of course hats, shirts, coffee mugs, whatever are also nice. Might be easier to get people to pay $20 for a cool Guillemot or Kayak Forum coffee mug than just donate $10.

I only just noticed the Amazon store in the lower-right corner - that's actually a great feature, maybe consider making it a bit more prominent? I wish I could contribute a commission for the purchase of that Delta band saw - but next time I need some smaller supplies I'll try to do it through you so you get the credit.
