These are the cheap boats. I used to turn them out in batches of two and three at a time. I can't recall exactly how many I built, but around a dozen. They are ver sea kindly little boats and weigh a feather. The plans were for a 14 footer, but I stretched some to 15.5 ft.

If I were to build one today I would include bulkheads, deck lines, etc etc. all the things those boats did just fine without really.
