Depends upon how you like your hearing.
I'm now dependent upon hearing aids (well, they help a lot) I guess it is an economic issue.
So $5K in hearing aides or $300 for Bose - lets see.

But I'm being a butt. I don't think the shop had anything to do with my hearing loss. Too many other good candidates.

I would be concerned about destroying them from the environment - sawdust, etc.

I just didn't have an alternate I personally knew anything about.
