Much to my surprise, the Picasa photo sharing web site is gone.
Replaced by Google Photos - which seems to be focused at storing cell phone pictures.
I haven't figured out anything about the change, but the ability to arrange photos seems to not exist, all photos are arranged by calander date uploaded.

I'm really bummed, mostly that there is no instruction on how to use the site.
When I tried to upload a picture, I couldn't find anyway to proceed.
All my input is from a desktop, not a cell phone.

Anyone have a favorite photo sharing service that works well?
