Doesn't really look like a delamination to me.
Everyone I've had looks like a one piece bubble.

If you apply heat to remove the glass, you do not "have" to remove the complete covering.
You will need to remove a patch of glass, then sand the edges to taper the remaining edge, so the replacement will overlap the original glass.

Almost every time, I get a little shading difference between the new and old glass.

So I just take glass off the whole boat.

I hope someone has seen this before.

Can you tell if the damage comes thru to the surface?. It really looks more like exposed peaks of glass weave to me.
