Tape measures

The way I solved the lost tape measure problem thing is to buy about 7 of them at the dollar store.
My good ones now sit idle. But these $1. ones are everywhere. Next to every saw, tool box etc.
I actually like my metal yard sticks better and have them all over the place too.

I have machinist rulers on my table saw, miter saw and band saws.

The secret to finding things is to never clean the shop.
