Some resin/hardener combinations, it's actually more a hardener issue, blush right away, best to just scrub hardened epoxy every time just be be sure.

Blush can prevent epoxy from sticking to the previous surface and can stop curing, you really don't want to go there, makes a mess trying to remove it after it's re-coated.

I've used Dawn dish washing soap and water to scrub the surface with a good all water rinse, Dawn dissolves grease very well and blush is like a water soluble grease. I know water will wash it away, the Dawn/water mixture is just faster.
