Skin-on-Frame: Rowing shell

Thought this might be of interest - my recently completed scull. 24' x 12", with a hull weight of 35lbs. She has an open and watertight cockpit/footwell, and I built the wing and seat, too, but the rest of the rigging is standard rowing equipment. She still needs the foot stretchers installed.
