Thanks Bill,

So now I have some more questions if you don't mind.

Whats the best way to cut? Band saw? I thought the fiberglass we use already was cut on the bias?

So I would have to make two 45* cuts, one on the end and one a few inches in parallel to the first.

That has to be a mess with all the fibers pulling all over the place. What do you do, tape both sides after the epoxy tacks up and cut the fibers off?
