Marc, I was wondering the same thing when I read your original post. Mom's probably want a selfie moment on Santa Clauses' lap and a stool just doesn't work. You could possibly do the same thing by building a stool with plywood forms that cradle your boat and have a rocker bottom (picture cutting out forms and keeping the waste not the form) If you had three well placed cradles that line up with structural parts on the boat and had rocker bottoms it may work. You would want to build in some stringers to hold the cradles together or maybe use thicker strips and make a solid bed for the boat to sit in or a solid rocker bottom. For an extra $5 you could trow a 5 gallon bucket of water in their face when mom takes the picture.
