Hi Mike, not too many copies of that book about. One in Germany for US$80 and two in the US for US$305. At least that I could find.

I stated my copy was new and looking at it again see that it has been read a few times thus it is like all others available, used, very good.

I'd love to have the Arima. How shall we contact you?
