Thanks again Bill!

It didn't really occur to me that one could reapply/move the dacron after it has begun shrinking - would have thought I needed press down on it hard on the gunnels before hand to keep it from popping off during shrinking.

I have a gallon of Epoxy from Raka sitting around (was planning on using it to coat the plywood stations and combing initially - with lots left over for future projects) - I would probably be better off waiting to do this until winter time (average temps 60-70) than during the summer (80-95) to get the longest work time possible?

That's pretty much it with these exceptions; I shrink the hull with the iron to get rid of any wrinkles first before doing the deck, the deck is easier it's mostly flat. If you have wrinkles that won't disappear you can re position the fabric on the seam stick to eliminate them. If you covered the whole boat before shrinking you'd lose the chance of fixing wrinkles on the hull.

I've just epoxied the whole hull to the gunwale when putting on the glass, then when it's at the green stage (set but not cured and no longer tacky) you can easily trim the excess at the gunwale with a razor knife.
