Did you do an end pour?
A plug of epoxy should stop leakage, even though it might not keep the wood from getting wet (assuming it was coming thru the bow and stern)
Did you wrap glass over the bow separate from the ply covering the whole hull?
Any way to stand the boat up on the bow inside a bucket? Fill the bucket with water and check to see if there is any water inside after a while. This would separate leakage at the bow from any other leakage.
I'm making an assumption you have hatches so you can look and see any water.
