Anyone know this model btw? The owner has no clue and it would be nice to let him know

My advice:
Get some measurements (LOA, beam, depth) and look in the David Hazen book or the MCA (Minn. Canoe Assoc.) plans, or perhaps Ted Moores' 'Canoecraft' if it was built later than the 70s.
