I hope it's a misprint, but it seems peculiar to list:
Nylon rope (safety lines, lifting rope, etc) 1/4" 10 feet

Bungee cord (deck lines) 1/4" or 5/16" 30 feet

Does anybody think it's a good idea to use elastic shock cord for perimeter deck lines? Or is this just 30 feet of various cross-deck bungees?

Perhaps it is another example of a kayak without proper (safety) deck perimeter lines?
I notice that the picture on that linked page shows a kayak without perimeter lines- like pictures on many commercial sites.
