Gero is right in his assessment. I would say don't bother with bungies for a feathered euro blade, rather find a way to clip the shaft down.

The paddle outrigger bungies are really for use with a buoyant GP.

I'll try to remember to take a pick when I am home in about a week or so.

The loops on the ends of the perimeter lines are for no special reason.

That is indeed a long Maroske passing the cockpit, but it works by glassing a wider plastic tube permanently in place. Such a long Maroske tube would be hard to extract.
