I will pull it out later today and take some pictures. I do incorporate it with a back band but I am not sure it is necessary, that rise on the back of the seat holds you pretty good. I am considering taking the back band off. When paddling in performance mode there is no need for the back band. When you are just relaxing it is nice to have. This keeps me lower than any seat I have. The reason I put the foam on the bottom was to keep from getting my rear soggy, but I found the foam does make it fit to the hull better and gave me a good surface to put the Velcro on. Hard to beat for the price and if you are working on your form I have not found a seat that is better for good posture and good mobility. I get a lot more out of my core with this seat.
