Thanks to the internet, you can find things cheap. My DeWalt goes back to pre-web area and a hook and loop pad was around $25. and hard to find. I actually used contact cement and some velcro from a fabric shop and tried to fix mine at first but I found out later, all velcro is not the same and it worked better than before but would still occasionally throw discs.
