In Response To: Skin-on-Frame: kayak proportions (Gero Verheyen)

Two suggestions.
A. for the "floor" by the feet I used a suggestion from Jack Gilman and lashed in a piece of the plastic cardboard that they seem to love to use for the "vote for me" signs that are so popular along our roadways before elections. I put it on top of the stingers.
B. for foot rests I saw that someone here used a modified version of Nick's foot pad with a rope retaining catch that appears to be used in sailing. Perhaps the person who used that approach will chime in and re-post the photo of it.
Nothing original from me, but both appear to be excellent ideas.
