Would you share your design via a plan or drawing with measurement?

It looks like a great design.

I have been thinking of how to come up with some type of frame that could be easily carried inside my hatch. Flat is very good!!!

I am thinking of buying two of the wide low-preessure tires along the lines wheel-eeze uses. My primary use would be to get kayak from auto to water, then put cart in kayak so it does not walk off.
