Whole bunch of ratchet straps and a black tarp over the boat sitting the boat in the sun usually works. The heat (even in the winter) under the tarp over the whole boat will soften the epoxy enough that the tension on the straps will pull the two halves together in time.

Oh yeah if you try a plastic tarp, best to put a cotton painter's tarp between it and the epoxy on the deck, don't want the plastic sticking to the softened epoxy. Check every 15 or so minutes, might have to tension some of the clamps more.
