Neck gaskets always at first make you seem choked, it's not normal to have something tight there. You eventually get used to it.

Getting it on isn't the worst, getting it off is. If you think you need to potty when you are ready to take the suit off, use the relief zipper BEFORE you start to take the suit off, trust me on this.
