I've not tried other brands, so I have nothing to compare it to, but if you are honest about your vital statistics it should fit really well.

(the one in the other review is from 2011, so it may be a bit different to mine), but the 2014 version has a double layer of aquatherm at the knees.

It has built in feet, so no problem with constriction around the ankles. I was a little concerned that the seals may be choking and feel constricting around the wrists and neck, but they actually feel fine. I don't really notice them, and I hate wearing a tie.

The seal around the willie is a little tight alright, but then that is always going to be a problem for me. on the other hand, if it is cold enough.....

Yes, if you are less than supple, like me, you will need to add a short length of string or webbing to make the zip easier to reach. They also do a front opening version, but not with the built in skirt.

I went for the Reed because their other gear has served me well. The way I looked at it is that I am sure there are tougher suits available out there, but I can get two of these for the same price, and I am fairly sure that I am not going to find anything more comfortable.

I don't do white water paddling.

If I was surf paddling in winter I would probably wear my 5mm windsurfing wetsuit.

Also, Reed are really good about fast repairs or alterations, but then I live fairly close to the factory.

I don't want to be too much of an advocate for the suit, as I said, I have nothing to compare it to, but I feel it was good value for the money.
