McMaster Carr may have tubing in your size.

The original has a short piece of ID joining foam ? Gasket ends are joined with an ID foam of the appropriate shape: maybe polyolefin...

I was using Weldwood contact rubber cement as found in small glass bottles in hardware. I assume you could use Weldwood Red.

The regular rubber cement, used for bicycle tube patching, comes off occasionally. No biggie but I moved up to 3M rubber/plastic adhesive or if not available then 3M rubber adhesive. The 3M is more permanent and recommended. Using a poly bag liner between hull is necessary. You can do segments, tape then lift to glue up or glue the complete loop squeezing OD into the desired position, in cooler temps. Cool the tube.

If I planned paddling the Inside Passage or around San Juan Island...I'd bring the tube with.

3M's adhesive benefits from long stable cure times in warm weather. We're in S. Florida. Temp is 85.8

Had problems with bicycle tubes/Schrader valve nipple joints. Used the 3M, result seems use able.

No, the adhesive does not glue sneaker soles back on.
