Yes, start from the ends, align and strap them together tight (strapping tape), then work toward the middle.
Use a few ratcheting straps to work your way from the end to the center, gradually applying pressure as you coax the hull out, or deck in (use something to pry, like a spackling knife) until the two edges meets. When they're in alignment, ratchet down hard, use the strapping tape to hold it in position, release the strap closest to the end, move it over the other straps (which continue to hold) closer to the center, and repeat.
