This was a rough sand. I joined the top and bottom, then rough sanded (to achieve a mechanical bond) the edges to prep for the fiberlass tape that I need to apply over the joint. I just didnt want to apply that fiberglass tape over the joint because I thought I would just be covering up this problem with more epoxy.
