Strip: B&C or Bevel for Canoe

Just kind of contemplating whether to bevel or B&C strips this winter on the Mystic River canoe. I know asking this question is like throwing a lit match on gasoline in this forum, but I have a few concerns.

I am concerned about the inside, since I made my Guillemot last winter with B&C, and did not like the way the inside turned out, just wondering if this would be similar in a canoe, or less of an issue, due to less complex curves. I have some experience with bead and cove, so may be better with that technique, but kinda like the idea of cutting a bevel when I cut the strips, seems like a very efficient way to do bevels. Just don't have the experience to make a good decision, and I know that experience is here. That Mystic River Canoe is so pretty, would hate to screw it up..
