I'm new here, but I thought I'd just pop in to say "thank you" and acknowledge what an incredible contribution you've made not to just this community but to the world.

It doesn't matter what you're in to these days, there's somebody out there that who's just as passionate about the things you love doing, and by putting this site together, you've brought those people together to exchange ideas but more importantly to accelerate the entire process of learning.

When I'm not flying drones, or dreaming about cedar strip kayaks, I'm in the office building communities...it's actually one of the things I do as a job. I work for a company with about 36,000 employees and it's my job to connect these professionals with other like minded professionals to facilitate discussions, to give people "one place to go to" for all their information needs.

Watching the process take root is exhilarating, to be able to see a question pop up in one corner of the planet, to be answered by another person on the other side of the planet, and then to get a range of views on the questions from every other corner...it's just an amazing process...

And you've done that for us - so thank you :)
