S&G: Freeship! unwanted curvature in panel

Hallo!
I am novice in kayak building and also in drawing models in Freeship.

My problem is of course too little experience, so I hope someone could help me a bit with advice. Drawing triple kayak for my family I see two main problems.

In panels seen in picture is some twist but for me it seems that it would not be a problem for 4 mm plywood, but as my experience is small maybe I am wrong?

Secondary my problem is that panels are somehow curved toward inside in stern and bow parts but not that much curved in midship part. What causes this and can I push that curvature out? How does that curvature play role in development calculations? Is there way to edit curvature line, to make curved of straight line between two points?

P.S Sorry for my bad English.
