You're doing some cutting edge stuff there Dan...All of the design choices you made in those boats make complete sense and I may need to borrow a few ideas.

This is hard though - push the envelope, or just get the damn boat on the water...

Ultimately my plan is to build 2 boats, so I may stick to the original game plan for the first boat then have a play with advanced materials and composites for the second.

Really appreciate you linking your work - that's a heap of info I need to study.

ps - not to derail my own thread, but as part of my original introduction, I put out a series of instructional videos about a year ago to teach people how to build and fly multirotors (drones)...If you haven't noticed, I'm big on figuring things out and sharing that back to the community.
